Walk, jog or run the Thames Path Challenge, following one of England's longest rivers.
The 100km route heads from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta at 50km, then on past wonderful historic scenery all the way to Henley. With 75km three-quarter, 50km half challenge, 10km or 25km challenge options, there's a challenge for everyone.
How to enter

Charity funding
Pay a small registration fee and commit to a fundraising target. BHF will cover the cost of your event. As BHF are an official Ultra Challenge partner, you’ll get 50% off the standard registration fee.

To take part, you must raise the minimum sponsorship for your distance. We require half of your fundraising target 5 weeks before the challenge to secure your place.
