Trekkers on the Gower Peninsula Challenge

The Gower Peninsula Ultra Challenge basecamp is in the grounds of Penrice Castle, an area famous for its golden beaches, limestone cliffs, wild moors, ridges and woodlands. With 100km, 75km, 50km, 25km, and 10km challenge options, as well as a bar and entertainment at basecamp, this event is one of the highlights of the season!

How to enter

There are 2 entry options for our Gower Peninsula Ultra Challenge.

Charity funding

Pay a small registration fee and commit to a fundraising target. BHF will cover the cost of your event. As BHF is an official Ultra Challenge series partner, we're able to offer Charity Funding places for just a £5 registration fee.

10km distance

  • £15 registration fee
  • £150 fundraising target

25km distance 

  • £30 registration fee
  • £275 fundraising target

50km distance

  • £40 registration fee
  • £375 fundraising target

    75km distance

    • £45 registration fee
    • £475 fundraising target

    100km distance 

    • £50 registration fee
    • £575 fundraising target
    Self funding

    As a Self Funder you'll pay the full cost of the event place. And you can fundraise however much you'd like.

    • £89 registration fee

    50km distance

    • £139 registration fee

      75km distance

      • £169 registration fee

      100km distance 

      • £199 registration fee

      To take part, you must raise the minimum sponsorship for your distance. We require half of your fundraising target 4 weeks before the challenge to secure your place.

      Please note these events are organised by Ultra Challenge. Participants raising funds for British Heart Foundation will be joined by others, raising money for different charities. Find out more on the Ultra Challenge website.
