What you'll get
You'll get support from BHF to complete your challenge. Your entry includes:
- a 31 day strength training plan in collaboration with PureGym
- a free training plan and wall calendar to track your progress
- entry to our Strong Woman Facebook group for support and motivation
- a free BHF sweatband if you raise £10 with JustGiving
- a free Strong Woman tote bag if you raise £100 with JustGiving
- a free Strong Woman t-shirt if you raise £300 with JustGiving.
Fundraising
You can fundraise or donate to take part.
- Set up a JustGiving page and ask friends, family, and colleagues to donate. We will send you fundraising tips to help you on your way.
- Get fundraising on JustGiving to earn rewards like a sweatband, a bag or a t-shirt. If you prefer, you can make a one-off optional donation instead, but you won't be eligible for rewards.
Training
Follow the instructions in your daily plan to complete the exercises at home. The exercises suit all levels of fitness and you don’t need any equipment. It can take as little as 5 minutes a day.
Throughout the month the exercises will gradually become more challenging. Each week ends with a fun, optional mini workout using the exercises you’ve learned.
To get the most out of your Strong Woman Challenge, we’d also recommend looking at your nutrition. Eating enough protein will help you get stronger faster. We’ve put together some nutrition tips to get you started.
