Take on the challenge your way and fundraise for lifesaving research. You can also access training plans and support available through our Run Hub.

As a thank you for fundraising for BHF, we'll support you to make it to the finish line. You'll get:

  • support from the BHF team
  • access to our Run for Hearts Facebook group and Strava group
  • access to our Run Hub to support you across the month, including suggested training plans and guidance
  • fundraising tips and advice to help you raise as much as possible
  • a free BHF t-shirt and distance tracker
  • free BHF bespoke Run for Hearts 2026 lace tags if you raise over £50
  • a free BHF medal if you raise over £200.
