Run for Hearts

Complete your challenge anytime in February

This February, we're challenging you to run 25, 50 or 100 miles in a month. You can start anytime in the month and complete your chosen distance at your own pace.

You could go on short runs during the week or save your miles up and take on longer distances at the weekend. It's your challenge, so you choose when and where you get your miles in!

How to enter

You can join the challenge in just a few simple steps:

1. Sign up for free with British Heart Foundation. If you’d like one, we’ll send you a free BHF t-shirt to wear with pride.

2. Set up your fundraising page and share it with friends and family to get your first donation.

3. Join our Run for Hearts Facebook group to be part of our supportive community and meet your fellow runners. Here you can share top tips and updates about your challenge!

4. Commit to running 25, 50 or 100 miles in February.

As a thank you for fundraising for BHF, we'll support you to make it to the finish line. You'll get:

  • support from the BHF team
  • access to our Run for Hearts Facebook group
  • fundraising tips and advice to help you raise as much as possible
  • a free BHF t-shirt and mile tracker
  • a free BHF medal if you raise over £100.
