What you'll get
You'll get support from BHF to complete your challenge. Your entry includes:

a free skipping rope
- a free challenge pack and calendar to track your progress
- entry to our 100 Skips a Day Facebook group for support and motivation
- a free wristband and headband if you raise £150 with JustGiving.

Fundraising
You can fundraise or donate to take part.
- Set up a JustGiving page and ask friends, family, and colleagues to donate. We will send you fundraising tips to help you on your way.
- Get fundraising on JustGiving to earn rewards like our exclusive sweatband and headband. If you prefer, you can make a one-off optional donation instead, but you won't be eligible for rewards.
Training
Follow the instructions in your challenge pack to learn some simple points to get started and enjoy skipping. Skipping suits all levels of fitness and it can take as little as 10 minutes a day.
Throughout the month the challenge may gradually become more challenging. Skip at your own pace and take breaks if you need to.
To get the most out of your 100 Skips a Day Challenge, we’d also recommend looking at your nutrition. Eating enough protein will help you get stronger faster. We’ve put together some nutrition tips to get you started.
