Matched Giving

Lots of companies operate Matched Giving schemes that can double the amount of money you raise. Find out if your employer operates a scheme and if they will match what you raise. Remind them that it's tax efficient for them and it benefits the BHF.

This is a challenging run and you'll need to have a good level of fitness to take part. Plan your training with expert tips and advice in our training zone. Take a look at our recommended kit list on what to wear on the day and what to take with you.
Why not treat yourself to some BHF professional running kit available in our online store. The stylish tops are made from breathable fabric, optimising airflow whilst you run. Look and feel good, and help us to beat heart and circulatory diseases at the same time.
