Free prize draw terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is British Heart Foundation, Greater London House, 180 Hampstead Road London, NW1 7AW (“Promoter”).   

2. The competition opens on 2/9/25 at 12.00am and closes at 30/9/25 at 11.59pm. All completed entries must be submitted within these dates to be eligible to win.   

3. The prize is: £100 Tesco Gift voucher and is non-transferable and non-refundable. 

4. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or cancel the draw at any time. 

5. The prize draw is only open to people aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britian. 

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any duplicate entries we receive will be removed from the draw, and will not be eligible to win the prize. 

7. The winner will be drawn at random on 06/10/25 and notified by 10/10/25. Only the winner will be notified and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters. 

8. If the winner cannot be contacted by 10/10/25 or they decide to decline the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select a substitute winner.  

9. The prize will delivered to the winner via recorded delivery within 10 working days of the final winner, who may be a substitute winner, agreeing to accept their prize. 

10. The draw is not open to employees or volunteers of British Heart Foundation, their families, agents, or affiliates of the Promoter, or anyone involved in this prize draw. 

11. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure of any entries to be delivered by the entry deadline or any incomplete entries received. 

12. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

13. Any data collected is for prize draw purposes and to contact and notify the winner only. 

14. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw. 

15. The winner will be chosen at random out of all eligible and complete entries. 

16. The Promoter takes no responsibility or liability for any lost, damaged or incomplete entries or registrations howsoever caused.  All lost, damaged or incomplete registrations will be deemed invalid.   

17. Entrants should enter the prize draw online at www.bhf.org.uk/toolstation, provide all requested details in full and submit their entry by 30/9/25. 

Entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are up to date and accurate. 

Email address usage

By providing your email address to BHF, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your email for marketing and promotional purposes. 

1. Consent to receive marketing emails. By submitting your email address, you expressly consent to receive marketing communication from us during the Toolstation Staff Vote (2/9/25 – 30/9/25). 

2. All email addresses used within this campaign will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, store and use personal information. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties. 

3. Once the campaign has ended (30/9/25), all email addresses will be deleted from our records. 

4. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or interaction with our emails after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
