Volunteer in our high street shops

Volunteer working in our shops

As a charity shop volunteer, you could be serving customers, creating eye-catching displays, getting stock ready behind the scenes or collecting donations as a volunteer driver. With more than 560 clothing shops across the UK we always need volunteers.

Volunteer today

These are just a few of the volunteer roles we are recruiting for in our high street shops:

  • Customer service assistant: working on the shop floor.
  • Department specialists: coordinating our books, vinyl, accessories or homeware displays.
  • Stock room assistant: sorting our donations
  • Volunteer driver: collecting donations from customers’ homes
  • Stock generator: encouraging local organisations to donate their unwanted items.

Roberto joined our Wimbledon shop 6 months ago to gain work experience. He says, "I do a bit of everything. My favourite thing is working on the shop floor, serving customers at the till, organising the stock on the shop floor and helping customers."
