Now you’ve done all the hard work, don’t forget to make it all worthwhile by collecting as many donations as you can. You can still set up your online fundraising page and share your link with everyone you know.

Walk it or run it, this is the perfect antidote to the winter blues

Make your new year’s resolution to get fit and stay healthy a reality in the breathtaking setting of the South Downs National Park.  Our South Downs Way Challenge is the ideal antidote to the winter blues.

Get outside, feel the fresh air on your face and take on a challenge that suits you. 

8.5 mile
Walk or run our 8.5 mile route which is ideal for families or for the more experienced regular runner looking for an off-road taster.

15 mile
Or you could try something more challenging with our 15 miler, which includes more demanding and undulating terrain.

20 mile
And for those who really want to push themselves try our 20 mile route which is perfect for hardcore runners and those looking for a demanding walk.
