The online
registration system for the Manchester to Blackpool Night Ride has now closed.
If you missed out on joining the team, you can register on the night at the Information Point: Barton Square, Trafford Centre, Barton Dock Road, Manchester, M41 7TB. The Information Point will be open from 9.30pm on Saturday 29 September and the registration fee will be £35 per person. The night ride will start at midnight.
Travel on the night
We will have a limited number of morning truck bus tickets available to sell on the night. This service will take you from the finish line in Blackpool (between 4.30am - 8am) back to the Trafford Centre. Tickets will be sold at the Information Point for £25 each on a first come first served basis.
Trains
Northern rail will be running a normal Sunday service on 30 September with the first train leaving Blackpool at 7.48am. As normal, carriage of bikes is at the discretion of the train operator/conductor and Northern Rail recommend that customers pre-book their bike onto the train. Each train has limited capacity for the carriage of bikes.
Anything else I need to know?
- You must use bike lights when taking part in the Night Ride. We also strongly advise you to wear a helmet and reflective gear.
- The route is full signed and marshalled.
- There will be three rest stops on the way to Blackpool to grab a snack and rest your legs.
