Run, Jog or Walk the Abbey
Now in its fourth year, the Woburn Abbey Jog is set in the beautiful surroundings of Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire. Complete 1 or 2 Laps of the 5K route which meanders through the scenic Deer Park, and help raise money for the nation’s heart charity.
Participants of the jog will be given exclusive free access to the Woburn Abbey grounds.
What time does it start?
Registration opens from 9.30am
Warm up starts at 10.50am
Jog starts at 11.00am

It is highly recommended that you pre-register for this event to guarantee your place. Participants aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over on the jog.
What’s the route?
Participants can run, walk or jog either 1 or 2 laps of the 5K course. Just please try and raise as much sponsorship as you can to help save lives!
The jog starts and finishes from near the main car park of Woburn Abbey. Directional signage will be in place on the day to assist you.
Anything else I need to know?
• Woburn Abbey is easy to get to, simply follow the brown tourism signs from Junctions 12 and 13 of the M1.
• Team entries - each participant is required to complete a separate entry form.
• Free water is available for participants on the day.
• All participants will receive a free t-shirt and commemorative medal on the day.
Do I have to raise sponsorship?
Whilst we are grateful for any money received from sponsorship (and we are humbled by those of you who raise so much more) we do ask that in 2010 everybody targets to raise at least £20 to significantly help us in the fight against Heart Disease.

For insurance purposes and legal reasons BHF must have the full name, data of birth and address of each registered event participant. Therefore only family members living at the same address can register as part of the same online registration. Participants living at other addresses must register separately. If you wish to register children where you are not their parent or guardian we also need their parents’ permission. Please contact us to add them to your registration.
