Anyone who raises over £150 on their JustGiving page will receive an exclusive Dechox medal through the post (UK only).

You don't need to do anything to claim your medal, we'll pop it in the post for you automatically at the end of your challenge. Please allow up to three weeks for your medal to arrive. If it's been longer than three weeks and you still haven't heard from us, please drop us an email to [email protected] and we'll get one sent out to you.

We encourage everyone to complete this challenge in May, so that you can be part of our supportive community of Dechoxers taking on this incredible challenge together! However, if you need a few extra days or would like to continue beyond May, feel free to extend your challenge.

We would encourage you to set up a JustGiving page to get started with your fundraising. All the donations made to your page will be sent to us automatically. You can also share your progress on social media and in your groups chats for friends and family to see.

We will also send you plenty of fundraising tips and support throughout the challenge to help you raise as much as possible!

Dechox is a virtual challenge to give up chocolate for the month of May while fundraising for BHF. Anything containing cocoa is off limits for 31 days! By stepping up and getting your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you, you'll be powering lifesaving research into heart and circulatory diseases.
