Pippa and Bike Having successfully completed our iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride in June 2015, our Ambassador Pippa Middleton is encouraging the British public to register for this year’s event.

Join around 25,000 riders on Sunday 19 June as Europe’s largest and oldest charity cycle ride returns. Tackle the iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride and help us raise vital funds for our life saving research.

The Event

Starting from Clapham Common, the London to Brighton Bike Ride, sponsored by Tesco and Jaffa, will take cyclists from city to sea. Cycling over 54 miles you will travel through the beautiful countryside before finishing on Brighton’s seafront.

Pippa Middleton said: “Last June 2015, a team of friends and I rode the BHF’s London to Brighton Bike Ride in its 40th year and it was an unforgettable experience. There was such a great atmosphere throughout the day. The view from Ditchling Beacon, the highest point of the ride at 813 feet, was well earned and hard to beat.

“This event is testament to the fact that cycling is such an inclusive sport that everyone can enjoy and through the money raised, the BHF can continue to help the millions of people affected by coronary heart disease – the UK’s single biggest killer.”
