Billie Faiers was today joined by 49 pregnant ladies on Primrose Hill, London’s most famous bump, to support our Fight For Every Heartbeat campaign, which aims to raise awareness of inherited heart conditions.
Billie, who found fame on the ITV show The Only Way is Essex, and is seven months pregnant with her first child, showed off her bump along with another 49 pregnant women. Our campaign is highlighting the 50:50 chance that someone with an inherited heart condition has of passing it on to their unborn child, emphasising the need for more research into these potentially deadly conditions.
Billie is calling on all pregnant women to #BareYourBump in support of the campaign and share their photographs on social media. You can bare your bump and show pride for your tummy in many ways. Are you a mum-to-be? Do you have an old picture from your pregnancy? Or maybe a photo of your mum when you were a burgeoning bump?
Join our lovely ladies and #BareYourBump on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to raise awareness of inherited heart conditions. Don’t forget, you can also donate £3 to vital and life-saving research by texting FIGHT to 85080!
Billie comments: “It’s fantastic to see so many pregnant women helping raise awareness of inherited heart conditions for the BHF. We need to do everything we can to raise money and invest in research which can dramatically help those living with inherited heart conditions. Join me today and #BareYourBump for the BHF.”
