30 day goodwill returns policy
Under our goodwill returns policy we're happy to exchange or refund most items within 30 days. Any refund or exchange is offered at our discretion and we ask that all items be returned with your receipt (or other proof of purchase) in the same condition as when you bought them, with the BHF price ticket attached (if applicable). 6 months statutory product protection
You might be surprised to know that you’re covered by the same statutory protection you receive at any other UK retailer. A lot of our products are second hand, so may not be in perfect condition. Within six months of purchase, we will always offer a refund or exchange on any item that is found to be of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described.
Not sure how to get your new find home? Let us take care of the delivery. Our friendly store team will get your items delivered as soon as possible, sometimes even on the same day! Our drivers will site your new find in your home, right to the room where you want it.
Professional upholstery cleaning
We aim to offer all items in the best possible condition. For upholstery items, this may include professional cleaning by our expert cleaning partners. Items that have been professionally cleaned are tagged so you will always know when it has been done.
Professional cleaning is also available for all items upon request, at a much cheaper price than a traditional home visit service.
Electrical goods tested
You can be confident that every donated electrical item we sell has been tested to work correctly and is safe to use. Every item has a PAT (portable appliance testing) label to show that it has been checked.
