Our Refund Policy

Refunds

Under our goodwill returns policy we’re happy to exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase. Any refund or exchange is offered entirely at our own discretion and all items must be returned with your original receipt (or other proof of purchase) in the same condition as when you purchased them, with the BHF price ticket attached (if applicable).  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-refundable items

We are unable to give refunds on CDs, DVDs, Videos, Computer Games, Books, Earrings, Underwear or Swimwear unless they are faulty.

Donated furniture and electrical items

The majority of our stock is generously donated by members of the public. We check all our donations for condition and safety and you must carefully check the condition of the item(s) you are interested in buying.

Faulty items

A lot of what we sell is second hand, so it may not be in perfect condition. Where items are of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or don’t fit their description or sample then we will refund or exchange in line with our usual policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refund by the same means

We are only able to refund an item in the same way that the purchase was made. In particular, we will need to refund the same credit/debit card used for your original purchase.
