This week, 9-15 September, is Remember A Charity Week. It's a great oportunity to think about leaving the gift of a lifetime to us and helping to fight heart disease for future generations.
Leave a gift in your Will
Most of our income comes from the generosity of people like you; but it’s a little known fact that the majority of our income actually comes from people leaving a gift in their in Will. Charitable legacies are the foundation for causes like ours and are vital in enabling us to continue our life-saving work.
Donations in Wills have helped us invest a staggering £1 billion in life saving research.
To date, donations in Wills have helped us invest a staggering £1 billion in life saving research. But the fight is not over yet. Coronary heart disease is still the UK’s single biggest killer.
That’s why, as a member of Remember A Charity, we are taking part in Remember A Charity Week to help raise awareness of the importance of gifts left in Wills.
It’s a common myth that you have to be wealthy to leave a gift in your Will to help us. Whatever the amount, you'll help us to continue our research to put an end to the suffering caused by heart disease.
