Take on a Challenge

Getting your colleagues together to take on a British Heart Foundation event is not only a great way to get fit, but also an opportunity for an amazing team challenge while raising money for our life saving research.

1  Set a goal

Setting yourself a goal can be a great motivator for increasing the amount of physical activity you do each day and raising your fitness level. We have a range of events to choose from that would make perfect, long-term goals.

2  Train with colleagues

Training for an event with a group of colleagues is a great way to make your exercising more sociable and enjoyable. As you see your colleagues often, this makes it easier to arrange a training schedule together that can fit around your week. You might even find training with colleagues has other benefits, such as providing networking opportunities and improving team work.

3  Choose your challenge

Our events offer challenges for a range of activities including swimming, running, cycling and trekking. You could even use the challenge as an opportunity to help fund our life saving research by asking family, friends and colleagues to sponsor you.
