Book an event

In the run up to your event, our team will work with you to make sure everything runs smoothly. We'll help you to allocate the right space for the event, take care of set up, and provide a booking platform, if you need one. 

Prices

The price you pay for your event will vary depending on the number of employees you wish to serve - more employees will require more of our experts to attend. Each Health Awareness day lasts six and a half hours, and ranges from £900 - £2,900 + VAT, serving between 60-240 employees in one day.

What's included?

The price you pay for your event will include: 

  • All travel and expenses for our experts (apart from exceptional circumstances)
  • Employee goodie bags
  • Posters to promote your event
  • Access to an online booking platform, for employees to book their slot on the day
  • Delivery and set up of all equipment
  • Event evaluation.
