The route

Join us on this incredible experience of a lifetime and trek to the 'Roof of Africa'. Follow the spectacular Marangu route which sees you trek for 6 days through a variety of impressive habitats, before passing through the cloud level and across the desert landscape to the snow-capped twin summits of Kilimanjaro.

You'll climb to the crater rim at Gilman's Point in time to watch sunrise, before continuing on to Uhuru Peak, which is 5,895m above sea level and the highest point in Africa, to take in the overwhelming views of the African landscape from the summit.

This really is a challenge of a lifetime and your hard work will not only leave you feeling immensely proud, but contribute to our lifesaving research.
