10cm/4in cucumber

300g/10 1/2 oz low-fat natural yoghurt

1/2 teaspoon cumin, roasted and ground

1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground

1/2 teaspoon coriander, finely chopped

  1. Peel and grate the cucumber and mix it with the yoghurt.
  2. Add the cumin, black pepper and coriander.
  3. Mix well and serve as a side dish.
