Lots of organisations offer mental wellbeing training specifically for workplaces. To give you and idea of what's on offer, we've listed some of the options available.

Samaritans

Samaritans offer one-day training courses including a course which covers building emotional resilience. The course topics covered include; understanding emotional resilience, tools to consider your own emotional state, recognising the signs of stress, strategies to build your emotional resilience including a personal resilience plan and techniques for managing your own thoughts.

Mind 

Mind offers training options including ‘Managing mental health at work training’, ‘Mental health awareness training’ and ‘Emotional intelligence and resilience training’.

Rethink 

Rethink run a range of courses for workplaces including; ‘Mental health awareness’, ‘Mental health first aid’, ‘Mental health awareness in the workplace’ and ‘Talking about mental health and illness at work’. Their courses give your staff the opportunity to better understand mental health issues, communicate more effectively and how to help themselves and those around them.

Time to Change

Time to Change has designed a series of workshops for use both within and outside of the workplace.

The Mental Health Foundation 

The Mental Health Foundation offers an online mindfulness course, Be Mindful, for organisational settings.
