Delivered in partnership with the County Sports Partnership Network this training will give you or a colleague the skills, confidence and resources to promote better health and increase participation in sport and physical activity in your organisation.

BHF Supporter Conferences

London to Brighton Trek

25 – 26 June

Take part in one of England’s toughest and most popular walking challenges with your colleagues this June. You’ll have up to 30 hours to walk 100k from capital to coast – it’s the ultimate walking experience.


Norwich Bike Ride

Sunday 5 June

Starting and finishing in Norwich, this ride takes you along beautiful Norfolk country roads and through picturesque villages. With the choice of a 100, 50 or 25 mile route, this ride is a great opportunity to work on your team building skills.


National Walking Month

1 May

Get involved in National Walking Month 2016 by signing up to take part in Just Walk. Sign up and you can raise funds for life saving heart research while getting out and walking more. All you need to do is sign up, decide when and where you want to walk, and then get fundraising.

11 June

Get involved in Bike Week 2016 by promoting cycling to your colleagues. Give them lots of information about how they can get active such as raising awareness of your Cycle to Work scheme, cycle routes in the area and promote our cycling events.

World No Tobacco Day

31 May 2016

Quitting smoking is the single best thing someone can do for their heart health. World No Tobacco Day is another opportunity to help staff in your organisation to give up their habit. To help your staff, we’ve got lots of great stop smoking resources to increase their awareness of the impact of smoking on their heart health and support your staff give up.
