What made this workplace raise money for life saving research?

Read how Becky got involved in Bag it. Beat it.

Outcomes First Group Ltd took part in Bag it. Beat it. 2015 and collected 80 bags across the company. Discover why they got involved and how easy it was to help raise money for our life saving research.

“I heard about Bag it. Beat it. through one of the emails from the British Heart Foundation. As a company we like to support charities and really valued the work they’ve done promoting health and wellbeing in workplaces.

“Bag it. Beat it. is something we could all get involved in and it was a great excuse to have a clear out! It was easy to get staff involved and everyone was really enthusiastic.

“I circulated an email about Bag it. Beat it. encouraging colleagues to collect for BHF shops and ordered plenty of bags for the office. I also contacted regional service managers and health and wellbeing champions, asking them to take part.

“It was great fun and the campaign got everyone talking about what they had donated and how many bags they filled. I would definitely recommend other workplaces signing up. Everyone fully embraced the challenge and it was amazing how much money your unwanted items can raise."
