Are you aged 16 or over?

You need to be aged 16 or over to volunteer with us, unless it's as part of your Duke of Edinburgh Award.

    Volunteering in our shops

    You could be serving customers, creating eye-catching displays or getting stock ready behind the scenes at your high street shop.

    At our furniture and electrical stores we’re also on the lookout for admin experts, DIY enthusiasts and electricals whiz kids. 

  • There are many ways to help us fundraise in your local community, from volunteering individually to joining a local fundraising group.

    Fundraising in your community

    There are so many different ways you can help us fundraise in your local community. From organising events, placing collection tins, starting a fundraising group, talking about the BHF in your community or supporting schools to fundraise for us.

  • Feel the buzz of event volunteering. Support our amazing trekkers, cyclists, runners and swimmers as they raise vital funds.

    What's involved

    Event volunteering

    You could be part of our cheer squad, handing out medals or refreshments, marshalling a route, helping with event admin or promoting events locally.

    Whether you attend an event for three hours or the whole day, we want you to enjoy your volunteering experience and have fun!
