AGA Cookshop joined the fight for every heartbeat during February and March 2013 to help raise vital funds and increase awareness of the importance of looking after your heart health.

Beating heart disease together

AGA Cookshop generously donated £5 to the BHF for every product purchased from their new non-stick cast aluminium cookware range. The non-stick properties of the range make them ideal for cooking with less fat, which can help your heart health.

The partnership was a huge success, generating £7,500 to help fund life-saving science and raising awareness of the importance of healthy food preparation, as well as encouraging AGA customers to consider healthier recipe options.

Caroline Smith, Commercial Manager at AGA Cookshop, said “Linking up with the British Heart Foundation to launch our new cast aluminium collection helped to raise the profile of the range, not only within our own AGA shops but also with our distributors and independent retailers and ultimately our customers. The charity link was an obvious one for us because of the health message, the superior non-stick properties of the collection making them ideal for cooking with less fat, which can help protect heart health”.
