The external opportunities that we advertise here are for information only. They are not related to BHF projects. If you chose to get involved, you will not be representing the BHF, but representing your own experiences as a heart patient.
How your health and care information is used
A recent review, published in July, outlined recommendations on how health and care information should be used.
The Department of Health is eager to hear your views on how your information is used and your thoughts on the recommendations from the review. To do this they've held a couple of public events. These events featured a range of speakers such as Dame Fiona Caldicott, the National Data Guardian, clinicians and patients with plenty of group discussions as well.
However there's still one more event to take place and is your chance to get involved. It'll be in Leeds on 10 October so book your place today.
Feedback from each session will be used to inform plans for how your health and care information is used in the future.
