Heart of Sussex Walk is a fun-filled family event and it's free to take part. You can choose to walk 5, 8, 15 or 21 miles.
It is free to sign up to take part in the Heart of Sussex Walk and all we ask is for you to set your own fundraising goal and help raise funds for our life saving research. If you are not sure what target to set we suggest sponsorship or a donation of £30 or more but really all we ask is you do the best you can!
Download your Heart of Sussex Walk sponsorship form.
Participants under 18 must complete an offline entry form and participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the day.
