What is Ultimate Dodgeball?

Dodgeball’s popularity is growing in the UK. It is a universally appealing sport that everyone can play. If you can catch, throw or dodge then you can play dodgeball.

It’s a fantastic way to get children active and is also great for developing team-building skills and strategic thinking. With dodgeball everyone is important in creating a successful team.

Ultimate Dodgeball is also creative, it encourages children to create their own team identity using fancy dress or face painting to help make their team stand out.

Competition time

We’re offering schools across the UK the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime workshop with a BHF-funded researcher to inspire pupils to learn about how their hearts work.

The competition is open to all primary and secondary schools and is simple to enter. All schools need to do is sign up Ultimate Dodgeball before midnight on Tuesday 28 February 2017. Read our Terms and Conditions for more information on taking part.

Benefits for your school or youth group

Your school or youth group gets to keep up to 20% of the total offline fundraising, to use towards new resources and materials.

The total sponsorship money raised is split between your school or youth group, and the BHF. With all offline donations, you will retain 20% to support your activities and 80% is sent to us to help fund essential heart research into the causes and treatment of heart disease, patient care and support.

Please note that 100% of all money raised online via JustGiving will be donated directly to the BHF, so you will need to raise 20% of your total fundraising offline should you wish to split this between the BHF and your school or youth group.
