Making a donation in memory of a loved one is a positive way of commemorating a life, while supporting our vital work in the fight against heart disease.
Create a Gift of Hope fund
A Gift of Hope fund is an opportunity to set up an ongoing fund as a permanent tribute to honour your beloved. When you create your fund page you can personalise it with a photo and your own words, as well as using the diary, visitors' book and photo album to share your memories.
