This Christmas the BHF is getting festively fit with a series of fundraising Santa Jogs including two fabulous events in Wales.

Join over 500 Santas and take part in the Swansea Santa Jog on Sunday 14th December, starting at 12.30pm.

This fun-filled 2km route around the waterfront is ideal for all ages and abilities. The perfect way to have fun, get fit and save lives this Christmas. Why not get together with family, friends or work colleagues to form a team of Santas.

Adults receive a free Santa suit and under-16s are encouraged to use their imagination and come in fancy dress.
Thanks to the Swansea Grand Theatre the best fancy dress prize will be 2 tickets to see the panto - Cinderella at the Grand Theatre between 17th December 2008- 18th January 2009.

How to register

You can register yourself (and any accompanying under 16s) online right now - just click on the button below. If you wish to register along with other adults you will need to enter by post. Download an entry form here and make cheques payable to British Heart Foundation.

Event Registration will close as soon as the event is FULL or no later than Monday the 8th December. It will not be possible to register on the day.

Entry fees:

Adults - £10.00 (including free Santa suit)
Under 16s - £5.00

These entry fees help to cover the cost of organising the event. It is only though the sponsorship you raise that the BHF can continue it's vital work. Please raise as much sponsorship as you can.
