Last year I lost my father-in-law to cancer and my mother to a heart attack caused by Ischaemic Heart Disease. Please help me to raise funds so that more can be done to prevent people from falling victim to such illnesses.

I am organising "The Toby Cycle 500 - seven bike rides totalling 500 miles, including the whole 100 miles of the South Downs Way and the London to Brighton. For full details please see the web site, http://www.tobycycle500.co.uk.
