Bad morning this morning. I ended up eating 3 egg mcmuffins and it just made me want a fag even  more.

Every day I feel a little less like having a fag

Sometimes it nice to wake up and just feel ok. This morning was one of those mornings.

 

I have had restless legs and dizzy spells for over a month, but i just realised that they have stopped now.

I gave up two months ago because i was fed up of waking up wheezing and coughing up lung oysters every morning. It was just stupid.

I still miss them but what makes me stick off them is that i never want to go through this again.
