Our F&E stores sell a wide range of donated furniture and brand new items from sofas and bedroom furniture to fridges, washing machines and televisions. There are plenty of great quality bargains for everyone.

Every year the UK sends 50,000 tonnes of household furniture to landfill - we're burying over 3000 double decker buses!

By recycling and donating your good quality, unwanted furniture or electrical items to our F&E stores, you can help save the environment and help save lives.

One sofa can raise enough money for the BHF to provide a heart scan for a heart patient.

Our F&E Stores offer a house clearance service for a small charge. We will help manage your house clearance in a sympathetic manner.

Collections are generally free. However, for house clearances where we are asked to dispose of furniture and electrical items deemed unsuitable for re-sale in our stores, there will usually be a charge.

We are always looking for volunteers to help in our F&E stores from organising collections and deliveries to restoring furniture for the shop floor. There are a wide range of roles available so there’s bound to something to suit you.
