Please complete this form to arrange a
collection. We’ll give you a call within 48hrs to confirm your
booking and check that we can accept your items.
We can also collect donations of good quality clothing,
accessories, shoes, books, CDs, DVDs and bric-a-brac at the same
time if you’re having a clear out.
More information
All items that we collect need to be in a saleable condition, so
please check that:
- all items are in good condition, clean, safe and work
correctly
- all upholstered furniture has a fire label stapled or sewn on
to it. For three piece suites, each item must have a fire label
attached. We have more information on fire
labels.
Items we can’t accept
There are some items we can’t accept for legal or health and
safety reasons. See our list of items we
can't accept for details. Our van drivers will make the
final decision on whether we can accept your items.
If we can’t take them, your local authority may be able to help.
