Diastolic heart failureFactfiles

Factfiles are produced up to four times a year to provide GPs with clear, concise and up-to-date information on issues relating to cardiovascular health.

Factfiles are not clinical guidelines. The information contained within the Factfiles are not the specific view of the BHF, nor are they intended to dictate the way that patients should be treated, other than when specific government guidelines are quoted.

To view Factfiles produced in the last five years, please see our Factfiles Index page

We archive all previously published Factfiles. If you cannot find the information that you need or you have any suggestions or comments about our Factfiles, please contact us.

Important changes to Factfilesgp

We are currently reviewing our Factfiles to assess whether the current Factfile format is the most appropriate way of providing GPs with information on cardiovascular disease.

We are also reviewing how we disseminate our information i.e hard copy versus electronic. As a responsible charity, we aim to reduce the amount of printed materials we use wherever possible.

If you would like to receive our Factfiles electronically  please register by email.

You will only be registering to receive Factfiles and will only be required to register once. You will not need a password to access our Factfiles.

Cardiovascular disease risk assessment
