Factfiles
Factfiles are produced to provide GPs with
clear, concise and up-to-date information on issues relating to
cardiovascular health.
They have been available since 1985 and are
distributed to over 50,000 GPs six times a year.
Factfiles are written by
experts in their field and reviewed by a panel, including GPs,
before being published.
Factfiles are not clinical
guidelines. The information contained within the Factfiles are not
the specific view of the BHF, nor are they intended to dictate the
way that patients should be treated, other than when specific
government guidelines are quoted.
To view Factfiles produced in the last five years, please see
our Factfiles Index
page
We archive all previously published Factfiles. If you
cannot find the information that you need or you have any
suggestions or comments about our Factfiles, please contact us
using the any questions button at the bottom of the page.
