There are lots of fantastic prizes to be won!

The winning images, and a selection of the finalist images, will launch National Heart Month in February 2010 with an exhibition on the landscape area next to the Merlin Entertainments London Eye which receives an average footfall of six million visitors per year!

A selection of the winners will also feature in the Independent on Sunday newspaper.

Images will also be showcased as part of our National Heart Month in February, so you may see your image featured across our website and other media seen by hundreds of thousands of people.

And that's not all...

The winner of each category will receive a Philips Digital Photo Frame, a beautifully bound photo book from Bob Books (further details below), tickets to the London Eye, plus the following 'money can’t buy' prizes.

Adult prizes (16 and over)
A unique opportunity for a one to one master class with award winning photographer John Angerson, plus a signed print and a copy of his book.

Student prize

The image judged to be the best in the student category will win a once in a lifetime opportunity for a one-day shoot shadowing award winning Getty photographer Chris Ryan.

Chris has worked with a range of Advertising agencies and well known commercial and corporate clients.  He has also taken portraits of many well known figures including Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Prince William and Prince Harry.

Junior prize (15s and under)
The winner of the junior category will see their image showcased in the windows of British Heart Foundation shops across the UK throughout March and April in 2010.
