30 a day challenge

How does it work?

Getting active doesn’t mean you have to join a gym or play a sport. It means incorporating simple activities like brisk walking or climbing stairs into your daily routine.

The 30 a Day Challenge helps you work your way up to the recommended minimum of 30 minutes of moderate physical activity on at least five days a week.

Taking the challenge couldn’t be easier. In a few simple steps you can calculate how much physical activity you are getting and whether or not you’re doing enough, and then use our interactive planner to create and print a weekly activity plan to set yourself a target and monitor your progress.
