Our Campaigns

Heart disease touches us all. There are 2.6million people living with debilitating heart and circulatory disease in the UK and heart disease is responsible for more deaths than any other single cause.

BHF works hard to create awareness of the issues which matter. From lifesaving awareness campaigns through to public policy lobbying of Parliamentarians, decision makers and opinion formers.

Our award winning campaigns make a difference but we need the support of people like you to help us to achieve our goals.

Join the Fight

If you passionately believe, as we do, that...

  • food companies should do more to stop childhood obesity
  • a more active community is a better, healthier community
  • your postcode should not impact on your heart health or the quality of treatment
  • every heart patient should have access to a specialist heart nurse

...then we want you to team up with the BHF, and join our campaigner network

Together, we can put heart health at the centre of the public and political agenda right across the UK - and keep it there. See below for our current campaigns.

Cardiac Rehab

Cardiac rehabilitation is an inexpensive treatment that saves lives. Yet, amazingly, 60% of heart patients who need it do not have access to it.
