Tips for maintaining a healthy weight

  1. Stick to a regular meal pattern.
  2. Make sure your portion sizes aren’t too big.
  3. Take care that your calorie (energy) intake is right - keep an eye on the amount of fat and sugar you eat.
  4. Follow a healthy balanced diet.
  5. Be physically active.

 

Why do we gain weight?
