HV landing page image small 1Nothing changes unless you change it. That's the principle of Heart Voices. You have the power to change heart care services for the better. Health care providers are obliged to listen to you and positively want to hear people's feedback.

You'd be surprised how much the NHS wants to listen. Patient Involvement or Public and Patient Engagement (the term varies depending on where you are) is part of the official promise of the NHS to the public.
