If you have been affected by heart disease then knowing about
the support that is available to you is vital. We offer a
range of services to provide help for people living with a heart
condition as well as for their loved ones and families.
There are many ways we offer support - from our Heart HelpLine
and Genetic Information Service, to bereavement support. Our
affiliated Heart Support Groups can also help.
