Right from the word go our team of experts are on hand to provide all the support you need to get to the finish line.

In the run up to race day you will not only be supported by the Heart Runners Support Team, who have over 12 years of fundraising experience between them, but also world class running coaches who are true experts in their field.

When it comes to race day, teams of cheerers will help put a spring in your step and get you across that finish line! You’ll then be able to celebrate your achievement at our post race party.

A fast, flat and scenic course, complemented by a superb atmosphere has propelled the BUPA Great South Run to being one of the most popular running events in the UK.

Finishing on Portsmouth’s historic seafront, this event is just as suited to the international elite, as it is the recreational jogger.
