BUPA London 10,000 2008

Congratulations to every Heart Runner who completed the first ever BUPA London 10,000!

Despite unseasonable weather conditions, our team of 200 dedicated (and wet!) Heart Runners gave their all to complete London's most eagerly anticipated new 10K run!

Winding through London's streets, the course took runners past the cities most famous landmarks; Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the Houses of Parliament then on to the city of London.  Cheered on by an enthusiastic crowd, this really was a memorable journey for everyone involved. 

Knowing that each Heart Runner was helping to make a difference in the fight against heart disease, helped to make the day even more special.
