There are just days to go until the 2009 Bristol Harbour Fun Run. If you have already registered we hope your fundraising is going well. Our on line registration is still open for this event and will remain open until Sunday 14th June. You will also be able to enter on the day from 4.30 - 6.30pm at a fee of 15 pounds for adults and 5 pounds for a child.
Bristol's biggest fun run is back for 2009! Make sure you join over 1000 runners for our post-work workout around Bristol Harbours historic docks. Jog it, walk it or crawl it – just do it!
Physical activity is great news for your heart and health. Employees engaging in physical activity have better concentration and mental alertness. So what are you waiting for round up your work team today and you will enjoy the benefits of reduced stress and improved rapport and cooperation between colleagues.
You can follow the course at your own pace, and complete the circuit as many times as you can within the allocated 90 minutes.

The run starts from the LloydsTSB Amphitheatre at Bristol 's Harbourside, which is close to the City centre.
The event starts from 6pm is to offer flexibility around your working day.
The event is open to participants of all ages, but under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
