A huge thank you to all 500 swimmers who took part in this year’s Weymouth Bay Swim, despite choppy conditions all swimmers did a fantastic job in swimming the 1 mile off shore swim.
With the first swimmer returning after 28 mins the weather certainly didn’t seem to affect the spirits of those taking part.
We would also like to thank all those who helped make this event possible, the volunteers and the water safety crews who made the event safe for all.
Photos from the event will soon be available to buy online at www.actionpic.co.uk with 25% of the profits being donated back to the BHF.
All we ask of you now is to send in your sponsorship money, as we are hoping to raise over £30,000 from this event to help the BHF continue its work in beating heart disease.
