This year, the nation’s favourite 54 mile bike ride from the capital to the coast will be taking place on Sunday 21 June 2009.
This is a tremendously fun challenge that almost anyone can achieve with a little training!
For the first time ever, you will be able to apply online for this year's Ride - from 1 March.
There are only a limited number of places available. If you apply for a place online, and we can allocate you a place you will be notified by the beginning of April. We will also notify you if you are not successful in obtaining a place this year so there is no need to contact us to check.
If you are notified you have got a place you will have five working days to log back in, (after we email you to confirm), to log back in to complete your registration details and pay for the event.
Entering a team
If you’re keen to enter as a team make sure you register with the same team information.
Make sure your team mates all use the EXACT team name and team leader (if there are any differences e.g. in spelling, the system will not automatically allocate you to the same team). You will also need to give and the size/type of the team.
All places are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and places are not guaranteed until registration is completed. If you experience any difficulties registering, please email bikeride@bhf.org.uk or visit our help page.
Priority
Priority Entry was guaranteed until 28 February, so if you are trying to register or join a team after this date, your registration will be treated as a Standard Entry registration and your place will be subject to availability.
We look forward to seeing you on the London to Brighton Bike Ride 2009!!
