Run, Jog or Walk the Abbey
Now in its third year, the Woburn Abbey Jog is set in the beautiful surroundings of Woburn Abbey, Bedfordshire. Complete 1 or 2 Laps of the 5K route which meanders through the scenic Deer Park, and help raise money for the nation’s heart charity.
Participants of the jog will be given exclusive free access to the Woburn Abbey grounds. Last year’s Woburn Abbey Jog raised almost £20,000 but with your help and sponsorship efforts, we’re taking up the challenge and beat this figure in 2009!

It is highly recommended that you pre-register for this event to guarantee your place. Participants aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over on the jog.
Route
Participants can run, walk or jog either 1 or 2 laps of the 5K course. Just please try and raise as much sponsorship as you can to help save lives!
The jog starts and finishes from near the main car park of Woburn Abbey. Directional signage will be in place on the day to assist you.

*Woburn Abbey is easy to get to, simply follow the brown tourism signs from Junctions 12 and 13 of the M1.
* In 2009 we’re hoping to make the Woburn Abbey Jog even bigger than before and raise £25,000 of live saving funds.
*Fantastic trophies are available to top individual and team fundraisers; presented at our annual Hearts Heroes awards evening.
* Team entries - each participant is required to complete a separate entry form.
