Search Tips for using Event Finder

1. Event Type

Select Event Type according to the type of activity you are interested in. If you are not sure which type of activity you want to take part in select All.

2. UK or Overseas

This determines whether the event is one which is taking place in the UK or is a BHF-organised event taking place outside the UK. If you are not sure where your preferred event or activity is located then select All.

3. Suitable for

Select the category which best reflects your identity as a participant or group of participants. If you don't know which option best suits you then select All.

4. Date from/Date to

Enter the dates in the required field or click on the blue arrow buttons underneath each field to bring up a calender pop-up from which you can select your required dates.

5. Open for online registration

Leave this box ticked if you only want to see events for which you can register online via the BHF website. Untick this box if you want to see all events, including those for which you can register both online and/or offline.

6. Postcode

Enter the postcode which is local either to where you live or where you want to take part in an event for the BHF.

7. Entry Fee

Select whether you want to see events for which there is an entry fee or no entry fee. If you don't mind whether there's an entry fee for the event or not then select All.

8. Keyword

This can be the name of the event you are searching for, or words which you believe may be contained within the name of the event. Or it could be single or multiple words which you believe may narrow down the list of events which you are searching for.
