Terms and Conditions

• Texts cost £1.50 with 90p going to the British Heart Foundation – some mobile networks may vary. 
• 'Christmas prize draw' promotion is open to UK residents excluding employees and their immediate families of British Heart Foundation and Fitness First, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion
• Entrants must be 18 years or over
• Lines close on 15 December – texts received after this time may still be charged but will not be entered.

• The independently supervised draw will take place on the 19 December 2008
• Winners will be drawn at random from all entrants received by the closing date and will be notified within 28 days of the closing date
